BIG BREAKING: దానం నాగేందర్‌కు సుప్రీంకోర్టులో షాక్.. ఖైరతాబాద్‌కు ఉప ఎన్నిక ఖాయం! | Danam Nagender | Vedhika TV The Supreme Court has dismissed former Khairatabad MLA **Danam Nagender's plea** challenging the Telangana High Court judgment that disqualified him from the Telangana Legislative Assembly under the anti-defection law. The Supreme Court bench comprising Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Justice V. Mohana held that the Telangana High Court had correctly interpreted the law and found no ground for interference. Danam Nagender had won the **Khairatabad Assembly constituency in the 2023 Telangana Assembly elections on a BRS ticket**. He later contested the 2024 Lok Sabha election from Secunderabad as a Congress candidate while continuing as an MLA. The Telangana High Court had earlier set aside the Assembly Speaker's decision rejecting the disqualification petitions and declared Nagender disqualified with effect from **April 23, 2024**. The court also declared the Khairatabad Assembly seat vacant, paving the way for a fresh election. With the Supreme Court now dismissing his challenge, attention has turned to the **Khairatabad by-election**. The Election Commission of India will determine and announce the election schedule. Danam Nagender has also indicated that he is prepared to face the people again and has said that he will reveal which party he will contest from when the election schedule is announced. The next major questions are: When will the Khairatabad by-election be announced? Which candidates and parties will enter the contest? And how will the political contest develop in the constituency? **Disclaimer:** This video is based on publicly available court proceedings, official legal developments and media reports available on September 24, 2026. Political statements and claims mentioned in the video are presented as attributed statements and should not be treated as independently established facts unless confirmed by authoritative sources. BRS working president KTR had announced that party delegations would visit several thermal power stations across Telangana to assess electricity generation, coal availability and the reasons behind the shutdown of some generation units. The Yadadri Thermal Power Station at Damaracherla is among the plants included in the BRS inspection programme. The Yadadri Thermal Power Station has an installed capacity of **4,000 MW**, consisting of five 800-MW units. Recent reports have highlighted coal availability issues affecting generation at the plant. Meanwhile, Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to take steps to restore full-capacity power generation at Yadadri before Dussehra. The government has also decided to explore coal procurement from **Mahanadi Coalfields and Coal India** to address the shortage. Reports have also discussed the availability of G9-grade coal required for Yadadri. Government officials reportedly told the Chief Minister that Singareni does not currently have sufficient sources of the required grade, while the government is exploring alternative coal supplies. BRS leaders have raised allegations regarding the level of power generation and coal availability at Yadadri. These are **political allegations and should not be treated as independently established facts**. The actual reasons for the generation shortfall are subject to official explanations and ongoing assessment. The latest developments have brought attention to several questions: Why has power generation at Yadadri been below its installed capacity? What is the current coal availability situation? What will the BRS inspection reveal? And what steps will the Telangana government take to restore generation? **Disclaimer:** This video is based on publicly available reports, official statements and statements attributed to political parties. Claims and allegations made by political leaders are presented as attributed claims and should not be considered established facts unless independently verified or confirmed by official authorities. నిత్యావసర ధరలు షాక్.. ఉల్లి నుంచి పప్పులు, నూనె వరకు భారీ పెరుగుదల! | Essential Prices | Vedhika TV Essential Commodity Prices Rise in India | Onion, Pulses, Cooking Oil & Sugar Prices Prices of essential commodities are becoming a growing concern for households across India. Rising prices of onions, pulses, cooking oil, sugar, ginger, garlic and other daily-use grocery items are putting additional pressure on monthly household budgets. Onion prices have been attracting particular attention, with retail prices crossing ₹60 per kg in some markets. Apart from onions, prices of pulses such as tur dal, urad dal and moong dal, along with cooking oil, sugar, ginger, garlic and other food items, can also affect household expenses. Several factors influence essential commodity prices, including crop production, weather conditions, transportation costs, storage, demand and supply, international prices and market availability. Even when production remains adequate, disruptions in the supply chain can sometimes lead to higher retail prices. During festival seasons, increased consumer demand can also put additional pressure on certain commodities. Government agencies and market authorities monitor supplies and may take measures such as increasing availability, checking stocks and addressing suspected hoarding or artificial shortages. For ordinary families, the impact becomes significant when prices of multiple essential items rise at the same time. Consumers may have to adjust their monthly grocery budgets or look for lower-cost alternatives. The future movement of essential commodity prices will depend on crop output, weather conditions, market arrivals, supply chains and demand in the coming weeks. Disclaimer: This video is intended for general news and informational purposes only. Prices of essential commodities can vary by city, market, retailer and date. The information presented is based on available market-related reports and general factors affecting prices. It should not be considered financial, investment or professional advice.
